Joseph Kersh, PT, DPT joined the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Institute in October of 2020. Joe attended Pacific University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program Hillsboro, Oregon where he graduated with his doctorate in physical therapy . Joe completed his undergraduate studies at Eastern Washington University and earned his Bachelor of science in Biology, focusing on human biology.
As a physical therapist, Joe believes in a comprehensive approach to rehab with each patient.
His approach incorporates a specific therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, patient education and patient empowerment to maximize results for patients. Joe believes that clear, honest and frequent communication is key to establishing powerful relationships between patient and therapist, whish translate to better rehab results.
Outside of the clinic, Joe enjoys spending time with family and friends in the amazing playground that is North Idaho. Joe enjoys traveling, biking, amateur photography, water sports and is an avid sports fan.
